Booking Display - IMPROVED

Improved Booking Display

We are excited to announce an enhancement to the + Booking interface in UV Operations, aimed at improving clarity and efficiency in managing key inventory data. The updated interface now displays the following information:

• S # / # – Booked vs. Total Stock Available

• L # / # – Seated or Plotted vs. Total Location Stock (visible only when applicable)

• W # – Number of parties on the Waitlist (visible only when applicable)

This improvement is designed to streamline the booking process, providing greater insight and control over inventory management.

In the Operations Ecosystem, click on Booking

You will get this popup window to book your items.

Expand a drop down category

You will now see the item name and capacity with some new information as well.

S # / # – Booked vs. Total Stock Available

This would be the amount currently booked as the first number versus your total stock available.

L # / # – Seated or Plotted vs. Total Location Stock (visible only when applicable)

This is your amount of reservations currently seated or plotted versus your total location stock available. This is only applicable for items that at attached to a map.

W # – Number of parties on the Waitlist (visible only when applicable)

For some items, you might take a waitlist. This will show you how many people are currently on the waitlist for that item.
