Calendar Filters

Once in a Day View, you can easily filter through all of your current bookings based on various categories.

• Owners of the booking
• Status of reservation (plan, due, no payment, etc)
• Types of booking (admission, seating, merchandise, etc)
• Search Option - search for any field (guest name, source, paid, seating area, etc)

On the current Day View, you will see various columns regarding the booking. Each column may be sorted as necessary by clicking on the appropriate filter header.

• Created - Date and time of booking creation (useful to sort first in/first out if necessary)
• Arrival - The planned time of arrival and duration of reservation
• Status - Current status of booking (paid, unpaid, due, etc)
• Guests - Number of guests in the booking party
• Party - Name of reservation
• Items - Current type of seat or ticket (packages, booth, GA, etc). If multiple items, be displayed as “mix”
• Value - Amount of the package/ticket.
• Location - If guest has been pre-plotted or are already admitted and the location
• Source - Creator of the booking
• Hot Buttons/Tags - Quick information regarding guest (VIP, Celebrity, Booth, Honeymoon, etc)
