Step 4 screenshot

Step 5 screenshot

You will now see the three available channels: Master, Public, and Internal

Step 6 screenshot

The top channel is your Master Channel.

The master channel is NOT A BOOKABLE CHANNEL in itself. Its purpose is to allow a user to manage an item configuration across all channels; public , internal , and their subsequent child channels which we will elaborate on in the next channels update.

Step 7 screenshot

The second/purple color channel is your Public Channel.

By Default, the public channel will determine stock and pricing displayed on a client’s microsite. This includes the Guest Portal & Unified Booking Widget. The public channel will also determine stock and pricing when booking via a Guest Services ecoaccount if there is one.

Step 8 screenshot

The third/blue color channel is your Internal Channel.

By Default, the internal channel will determine stock and pricing only for users in the Operations ecoaccount.

NOTE

Operations will also have access to booking the public channel. Please see related article on booking process for Operations. Booking Channel Option - Operations
