Editing Channels

Click on Edit next to the Master Item Channel

Here you will see the Master Channel Item Override

You can change the name of the item, out of stock state, highlight, cutoff time/date, arrive by, start time, end time, description, and itinerary information on the item. This will change these items for both the Public and Internal Channel if they do not currently have their own unique settings.

Make sure you click SAVE if you change anything.

Click on Edit on the Public Channel

Here you will see the Public Channel Item Settings including the Adjustment and Override tab

Status

You can change the status of the Public Channel Item to one of three options:

• Same as Master - mirror the master channel status

• ON for this channel - This channel will be on regardless of master channel status

• OFF for this channel - This channel will be off regardless of master channel status

15. Pricing

Pricing Change

You can now change the price of a public channel item one of several ways. ALL changes are based on the master channel item price

• "%" - Percentage of the master channel item price

• "=" - The exact amount you would like it to be (regardless of master channel item price)

• "+" - Amount additional to the master channel item price

• "-" - Subtraction of amount to the master channel item price

• "Block" - Future Enhancement (DO NOT USE)

Stock

Stock Change

You can now also change the amount of stock each channel gets. Similar to pricing, you can change how you are assigning the stock amount.

• "%" - Percentage of the master channel item stock

• "=" - The exact amount you would like it to be (regardless of master channel item stock)

• "+" - Amount additional to the master channel item stock

• "-" - Subtraction of amount to the master channel item stock

• "Block" - Future Enhancement (DO NOT USE)
