Setup Printer

• If the printer is Brand New:

  • Power on printer let it run its initial cycle.

  • Select your language and country.

Printer is ready once the word "READY" appears on the small LCD screen on the printer.

Connect it to the computer via USB–B to USB–C.

Drivers

The printer should install the drivers automatically and it will appear on the printer settings list. If drivers don’t install automatically, please visit this LINK and follow the steps on the screen.

Once it’s available mark it as default printer on the dropdown.

Test Print

Run a test print after setting it as default through the UrVenue App. If you don’t have it please click HERE for the Mac version.

Once it prints and it results the following way

Head back to your printer settings and change the paper type to A5

Once the change is made do another test print the result should the following:
