Guest Notes & Internal Notes

In the Operations +Booking process you will see two sections at the bottom, Guest Notes and Internal Notes

Enter any guest notes here if necessary

Enter any internal notes here if necessary

Both areas will now show on your Day View Reservations screen

From the Guest website input

Guests have the ability to only leave guest notes. Typically this section is called "Instructions" on the front end view.

They will enter any notes necessary here.

It will appear as Guest Notes in the Operations Day View Reservation screen.
