Notification Reminders - Template and Triggers

1. Click on Management Ecosystem
2. Click on NOTIFICATIONS
3. Click on Templates
4. You will see this screen
5. Click on Add Notification
6. A new popup will show
7. Enter the template name
8. Click on Party option in Type
9. Enter your Template Subject header
10. You may choose multiple wildcards to put in the Subject header by selecting from the list
11. It could look like this
Remember to put spaces or dashes in between the wildcards
12. Click on Next
13. The next screen will be the email message.
14. Enter information as necessary using wildcards
Below you will see an example of a message
15. Click on Next
16. You can then send the message to yourself via email.
Please note, there will not show any data in the wildcards as it is not attached to an actual party or item for the test.
17. Click on Save
18. You will now have to create the notification.
19. Click on Settings
20. Click on Add Notification
21. You will see a new popup screen.
22. Select Party under Type
23. Select Reminder under Trigger
24. Select Customer Reminder under Notification
25. Enter Time
NOTE: The notification will be sent prior to the reservation start time based on the configured hour(s).
Example: Reservation is at 10am. You would like the reminder sent at 9am. The time would be 1 hour in this field as it's 1 hour before.
26. This is how it will appear when input
27. Choose the template you just created from the dropdown
28. Click on Customer
29. Check Email
30. All steps after this are optional if you would like it to be specific reminder
31. Choose your Venue(s)
32. Select your global type item from the dropdown
33. Choose your master items from the dropdown
34. Click on Save
35. You will now see it on the Notification Settings page
36. This is an example of the email the guest will receive
