1. Click on the Notifications icon in Operations Dayview
2. You will see a new popup
Choose your filter options for the notification
Note - Tag filter functionality is not yet available. Also only valid status bookings can be notified.
3. Click on Next
4. This is your next popup to choose the reservation.
5. The Operations User can select which bookings they want to notify by selecting the checkboxes. If a booking does not have an email address, it will NOT display a checkbox.
6. Check checkbox
7. Click on Next
8. This subject and message page will popup
Enter your message accordingly.
Note - Messages are currently only plain text
9. Click on Save
10. You will see this screen after the message has been sent
11. The customer will receive an email that looks like this.
Note - There is an enhancement request to replace “Customer” with the Party Name name.
