Go to the Guest Services Ecosystem

1. On the top right you have the Party Search functionality

Looking up past itineraries

3. You will see a popup for Advanced Search

4. Change your date range as necessary

5. Enter the party name

7. You will see the previous reservations with itineraries populate. Select the correct party name

8. On the right side you will now see the party populated

9. Click on Itinerary to pull up the previous itinerary

Looking up parties for current to future

10. Start typing the party name in the top right corner

11. You will see a list of current and future itineraries

12. Select the correct party

13. On the right side you will now see the party populated

14. Click on Itinerary to pull up the itinerary

Printing Itinerary (If Available)

16. Click on Preview

17. A popup will now show you the printable itinerary with venue logo, information, and by time/date. Print if you would like or save as PDF.

Email or Text Itinerary (If available)

18. Click on Share

19. A new popup will give you the options to share the itinerary

You can now either send it to a party via SMS, Email, or copy the link and paste it into another document. This will send the party the link to their guest portal which they can then manage their own itinerary (if available depending on property).
