Go to the “Support - Tickets” tab on the navigation panel
Find the guest by navigating to the “Orders”
Use the scroll bar on the bottom and scroll to the right
Click on the Booking URL
You will now be directed to the Booking URL
- If there are multiple items in the order, you will need to select the specific booking a for the refund request.
Then scroll to the bottom of the page and request a refund for the whole order (TOP) or specific tickets/items in the order (BOTTOM).
Make sure to add a note to the request. Examples of this are:
- Customer requested inside the 24/48/72hr cancellation window. Submitted by (YOUR NAME).
- Venue closed due to weather. Submitted by (YOUR NAME).
