There are several things you can do to make sure the printer is functioning correctly

  1. Make sure Printer is ON
    a. Green Light = On
    b. Yellow Light = Error (Try Checking Paper or Connection)

  2. Make sure Paper is Full
    a. Try to Flip Paper if it is full and does not print

  3. Make sure the Printer is connected to the Computer
    a. Check Connection Cords
    b. Check Power Cords

  4. Check the Printer Settings on Computer
    a. Click on Apple (Top Left of Computer Screen)
    b. Click on System Preferences
    c. Click on Printers/Scanners
    -Make sure Printer is Detected = Epson T88V Green Light
    d. Open Printer Queue
    -Make sure printer is not Paused

  5. On UrVenue App Make sure the Printer is Active
    a. Green Printer Icon

UV Support will use the App Team Viewer to screen share and troubleshoot the problem. Teamviewer is installed on the computers during hardware setup. Please do not delete it after the hardware is configured.
